Return Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase; Nancy Rose Performance will gladly accept returns on unworn, unwashed, unaltered merchandise with the original tags attached. Returns and exchanges are accepted solely within ten (10) days of receipt of your order. We are unable to accept returns on any sale items. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Please allow three (3) weeks for the processing of your return. Returns will be credited back in the manner of the original form of payment. Exchanges will be processed upon receipt.

We guarantee our product to be free of manufacturing defects. We will accept any defective product for a return or exchange. In the event of a manufacturing defect, you can return the product within thirty (30) days from the date of purchase. We exclusively reserve the right to determine if the product has a manufacturing defect.

To return item(s), please send an email to customerservice@nancyroseperformance.com with your order number and a description of the items to be returned. A prepaid return authorization label will be emailed back to you. Please make sure to include the bottom portion of your return authorization form with your returned items.

All sales are final, noncancelable and nonrefundable except as expressly set forth in this agreement or otherwise determined by Nancy Rose Performance in its sole discretion.
